The INTERNET Bank service provides secure web browser‐based online banking to the customers of the bank. It is a fully integrated solution providing powerful and flexible features.
Some of the available functionality:
- A link to an automated enrollment system which allows for new customer sign‐up, return of sign‐up documents in PDF format and upload of due diligence documents
- Checking and adjustment by users of their user profiles
- Customers have access to their account and accrued interest balances, and detailed account statements of all history including access to attached memos and scanned transaction documents
- Own account transfers, payments to other clients of the bank, standing orders, bankers drafts, card loads and unloads, account funding from cards
- Standing Orders for own account transfers, payments to other clients of the bank, standing orders, bankers drafts, card loads and unloads
- Simplified purchase of investment products – term deposits whose terms are automatically varied based on the amount and term of the deposit
- Secure messaging including construction of a Buddy List if a multi‐level agent system is supported allowing a master agent to communicate with one or more persons in a "downline" in a single message
