Does B-SaaS cater to all round operational requirements?
B-SaaS comes with pre- packaged and/or custom-built processes that suit your business and operational requirements. All services are delivered on the net and the framework provides for different user roles and rights that suit both business and back office operations users. The packaged services come with well thought through processes that cover front office, back office, accounting and reporting requirements.
How secure is our data?
All information is held under highly secure standards in compliance with ISO Information management norms. Our Data centers in Stockholm, Sweden and Bangalore, India are kept under high physical and information security standards. Our proposed network of data centers across multiple locations in the EU zone and in India ensure data handling for respective geographies.
Should we take only what is on offer?
This depends on your requirement. If you are in the process of establishing in a market then our Greenfield box will be a perfect match. However if you have specific needs for reporting or connectivity to the local clearing house or participating in SEPA we can offer you a customized box where you can pick and choose the services that you need.
Is it a Multi-tenanted model?
Yes. The cost benefit is provided by the fact that all our underlying systems are capable of handling multi-enterprise and multi-branch structures and hence they can co-exist in one infrastructure set up with clear separation of data and user information between one enterprise and another.
Will this compromise our business edge?
No. The uniqueness of our B-SaaS is that it allows you to reduce cost and retain your edge. The two usual edges that financial institutions have are pricing and risk. B-SaaS allows you to have your own fully independent pricing and risk management structures for all your services. The bank can choose to set its own pricing for different products and choose to have an independent risk calibration and assessment for credit approval – all of this is possible within the multi tenanted model – you therefore reduce cost but retain your edge.
Can this co-exist with our current systems?
Absolutely. The benefit of our framework allows data movement across various industry standard protocols that ensure that your business processes and data are moved across geographies if needed. So if you are an established bank in one country and in the process of setting up a branch in another, you can avail our Start box and still ensure that your data is moved back to your home country for internal consolidation, reporting or other processes.
Do you also ensure data migration?
Yes. We will ensure data migration from your legacy systems into the B-SaaS framework keeping in mind your business continuity and need for handling legacy data handling. Our migration experts will handle this on a turn key basis.
How do we get support?
B-SaaS comes with pre-defined Service level agreements. The bank will have an access to log in to our support portal to register support calls that will be handled on both first level and second level support basis. All support and service requests are handled with pre-established SLAs and an independent team assures service quality.
What about upgrades and regulatory or other changes?
B-SaaS customers automatically qualify for upgrades and the upgrade calendar is published at least 6 months in advance. All new country specific regulatory changes and interfaces will be automatically available for existing customers who subscribe to such services.
Can we opt out of B-SaaS?
We understand that beyond a certain growth phase or for any other specific reason you could choose to in-source your IT operations. We will be glad to move our B-SaaS on our license model wherein you can mange your systems. However if you choose to migrate to another system we can provide you our migration services for the same too.
